Description
Djilpin, south west of Ramingining at the top of the Goyder River in the Northern Territory is where Djumburpur was born and has lived most of his life. This print reflects the artist’s abstract style used in his renderings on bark of traditional body designs connected to the Wagilag Sisters Story which is painted by Tom and other Yolngu artists of Central and Eastern Arnhem Land.
