Description
Ngera Dhangal is a particular dugong that swims on its own and is not part of the Tupmul (herd). This dugong has a differant feeding pattern to the herd. It feeds on its own on the reefs of the islands, leaving patches of seaweed everywhere along the seabead. It returns to to its last feeding area over a few nights until the tidal current changes, then it moves to another feeding area and performs the same feeding pattern.
