Description
Naigai is the name for the Northeast wind that brings the doldrums from September through to October. However, at this time of the year, Gaigai (Trevally), Dhubu (Mackerel), Mugari (Barracuda), and Kabar (Queenfish) are plentiful, providing delicacies for the Islanders.
